"Data was not an array" when creating a Jira Issue

I couldn’t create a Jira ticket from the VS Code extension due to this error:

The issues has compulsory fields that appears this way in Jira webapp:

But appears this way on VSCode:

Bug #1: All items are marked as compulsory and force me to check all of them instead one on each group.

Bug #2: Once I filled all the data and clicked “Submit” it fails. Firstly I didn’t notice the error as it appears up on the top, so, not visible when clicking submit. The error are related to the same fields:

I am also having a very similar problem attempting to create an issue after first installing this extension. I was able to authenticate and retrieve issue information. Our Jira instance has a checkbox field called “Company” with two checkboxes and when I attempt to submit an issue, it says “Company:Specify the value for Company in an array”.

I have the same issue. For me it seems to be happening on a checkbox field ('Impediment') that is part of ‘Flags’.

Note that bug #304, bug #571 and bug #648 may all be duplicates of each other
