Issues with the Tomb of the Eaters quest

First, the “disable the Spindle's magnetic field“ step completes right before the player’s body gets restored, leading to the XP gain being lost (#7949). This is fixed by moving FinishQuestStep right below the ReturnBody line. (More dramatic too!)

Second, you are not given the Tomb of the Eaters quest when entering the sarcophagus in the event that you don’t have it, bricking the main quest. Killing Asphodel gives you the Earl of Omonporch quest for this reason. (Please keep the ability to enter the sarcophagus without the quest, see #10250)
