EMP will not wear off disabling all affected items permanently

I stepped on and EMP mine (MkI iirc) and all of my emp-able gained the [EMP] tag
Even after I waited (W) for ~4000 turns, in multiple parts, the tags were still there and testing using my Electrobow indicated it was still disabled by just clicking with lots of charge

(this is a potential effective run ender without any recourse as there are ways to get EMP’d that you cannot feasibly avoid and some items you loose could cause players to 'rage quit' 😅 )

This attached save is before this happens# and setup for quick use -

  • There is a hidden EMP mine directly 1 step SW of where the character is
