Unnecesary parameters in circRNAs example 4.1

Example 4.1 has the following parameters: ;This value refers to filter processing in the reads (Should be "yes" or "no"). filter=no ;Cutoff for the counts per million value to be used in filter processing with EdgeR cpmvalue=0 ;Number of replicates that have to contains at least a defined number of reads per million to perform the filter with EdgeR software repthreshold=1

For filter=no, cpmvalue and repthreshold are completely unnecesary since this parameters defines the filtering process.

There is two possibilities: - Change filter=no for filter=yes - Remove cpmvalue and repthreshold parameters
