Assignment of delta potential in numerical variables

This issue might be related to issue #218. For example, if the user has a numeric variable with domain (4,5], and assigns a Delta potential with value 4.9, then when the user reopens again the potential the value appearing is 4.505.

    Solved Issue #251: Now the spinner shows the actual potential value (if it is valid). If the actual potential it's not valid, shows the mean of the interval
