The news slider appears to be a little slow in loading, particularly with a large number of slides. This may be cured by issue #11 but investigate this further.

    Fix #22. Updated cache to put all data in cache. Made sessions user-specific sessions. Also delayed loading of slides until available so slides do not show until slides are all loaded.
