Grader report view

Issue #388 resolved
Info 3bits created an issue

The Grader Report view is using a different layout that changes the columns order (sidebar is displayed in the left)

There a several layouts involved: report.php, grader.php and columns2.php.

Needs to be optimized to use the same layout in all the grade reports.

This was a work around to get the fixed sidebar and headers (which I think were introduced on 2.8) working. Mike cold not get that feature working with a right aligned sidebar so the sidebar is left aligned in grader report.

Clean it does something simnilar only showing left blocks and hiding the right hand blocks whcih are normally visible in that theme.

We could see whether any other themes have done this with right aligned blocks, but for time being would leave it alone apart from fixing the icon issue mentioned in #354

I'm using the grader view (actually taking time off marking right now). The column switch is actually a usability plus - the grader view goes off the screen to the right, thus covering, or going under, any column on the right. It would appear that this is a moodle core issue, as Jeremy has pointed out, and most other themes that I know of (including Essential etc) have had the same issue with no viable solution.
