Account Deleted $setting->set_updatedcallback('theme_reset_all_caches');

Could you explain what is exactly nor working?
Actually it is working as intended.

I have the same problem. I upgraded to the 1.2.3 version and I cleaned the cache, but I cannot see the course title! I have set the field "Display site title" to "Use Moodle site title (site name)" and the "Header course title" to "Course Full Name". We use Moodle version 2.9.6.
Thank you very much for your work! :)

We have upgraded our test server to 3.0.4+ (Build 2060526) Installed Adapatble version 2016052900
And also have the same problem Modifying Course Title Font, font Size, font weight and font colour has no effect. It just reflects the Site settings. Also If we load a logo using the option provided in Header [theme_adaptable | logo] then the Site Name and Course Name no longer display.

Please, this is not a support site. Only for issues. Post in the moodle forum to get support.
This issue is already fixed.

What's happening is that course titles are never displayed if there is a logo. This may indeed be what is intended, but it has never worked this way in the past, and is a regression as far as many (I'd guess most) users are concerned. I can see no reason not to allow both logo and course (or even site) title to be displayed; existing settings allow for logo-only if that is desired, so why disable functionality that many users require?
Patch coming once tested.

Actually the logo / title / course combination works as expected. If you want other combination, you can use the custom title that provided many more options like add logo and title together.
So, if you want another kind of combinations, open a new proposal and will think on it. Keep in mind that you are always free to modify the code and create your own theme.
This issue is officially closed as solved because now works as expected.
