Barcode Plot - "Add # of Points with this Value" Tooltip

With the introduction of #75 & #76, while the violin plot communiates density of each value, we can assist the user by idenfitying the number of points with a particular value. this may help with a barcode plot with a low number of distinct measure values but a high number of samples. We should add formatting options to this (similar to number of samples) as these can differ greatly and we want the user to have some semblance of control.
