Make summary output in issue tab panel more intuitive

Hi,

my team currently is unhappy with the way the commit summary is displayed in Jira issue activity log.
As we discussed in #81 I like to place the following enhancement to improve readability.

Actual State
[Author} {URLtoCommit|commited} {DateTime} to {Branch} of {repository}

Desired State
{DateTime} - {Author} added a commit to {URLtoCommit|Branch} of {repository}

Note that the link to commit is marked as bold and the repository is underlined.
=> I find that in Bitbucket the underlining disappears It should look like in attached screenshot
