Search custom fields gadget, nothing available in filter dropdown

Hi, I've just installed the Search Custom Fields Gadget which looks like it would be a great fit for our teams. However, when added to a dashboard and setting up, there are no options in the FILTER drop down box, meaning that when I save I get the message "Search filter is not available - check your configuration" Can someone let me know what I'm doing wrong? I could see no "manage" options for the gadget and I'm logged on as admin so unsure why the filters are not showing?

Hello, this is outstanding bug in this add-on, that is probably related to some environment condition. We are not able to reproduce this behaviour. I would appreciate if you provide me with output of this REST service JIRA_URL/rest/eea-search-fields/1.0/gadget/searchfilters and output of Javascript console - it there are some errors.
