Garrett D'Amore repo owner created an issue

This was just a mistake. Apart from vi, which is fixed by #74, the only other thing left there is ancient, ancient bourne shell. Nobody needs or uses that, it isn't posix compliant, and frankly its utterly useless. Rather than moving it into a repo, we should just nuke it.

(We'll be introducing a lighter weight alternative to ksh93 later, but POSIX compliance is a goal!)
