Stale comments, Eigen patched or not?

CMakeLists.txt at toplevel still claims we have custom patches, but I was convinced we now have a stock Eigen, right? If so, we should remove all reference in comments to patches etc, in this file and otehrs.

I think we've removed the patches which broke compatibility with a stock Eigen install, but we still have something related to MKL return codes. I need to follow up on that. Richard sent me an updated patch, which probably still needs to be submitted to Eigen. I'll look into it. Background info is in issue #10.

Not 100% sure it's related to the MKL return codes, but it seems there are still issues using stock eigen. See pull request #131

Documentation corrected in commit add6bf7
