gtsam 3.2.1 with boost 1.5.8

Hi, install the new ubuntu 16.04 lts. The default boost version is 1.5.8.

Can you compile gtsam 3.2.1 with the new boost? Because your devel gtsam (gtsam 4) is breaking at api, and still not stable. So in the meantime until gtsam 4 is ready, can you make gtsam 3.2.1 compile with boost 1.5.8.

I've added a pull request with a fix that works for me - although fails to build when pushed for an as yet unclear reason. Checkout pull request #264.

I tagged 3.2.2, which works with recent boost. However, I encourage you to use develop, which has many other fixes.
