Make unit tests run in under 5 minutes

Hi,

I see the CI builds of gtsam take about 35 minutes to run and this happens even on my local workstation. If I am making some code changes and want to see if I did not break anything else, it is a long time to wait.

What approaches could the community help with to make the unit tests faster? Is there something that I am missing?

Much faster for me, now. Build is long, but that's c++
