BSE Indices causes data download to stop on some days prior to Nov 2015

This is related to issue #18

Cause : In version 2.1.7a I introduced multiple BSE indices for data download, but some of these new indices added do not have indices data available for dates prior to Nov 2015 on the BSE site. This caused and unhandled exception in the code mentioned at

BSEIndicesDataDownloader.cs lines numbers 226-229 which was fixed in version 2.1.8a
