Archive name and content is broken for shadow plugin

The archive name is long ‘android-log-viewer-shadow-{VERSION}.zip’. Archive also misses additional files (README, etc).

Fix #143: properly configure shadow plugin after update

Shadow now uses Gradle's built-in distribution tasks that has to be configured differently.

Ref #143: Fix non-incremental assemble task

Assemble became non-incremental because application plugin and my buildscript configured distribution basenames for main and shadow configurations to the same place. This CL adds (almost) proper configuration of the main distribution though start scripts aren't patched.

Other part of CL disables distribution-related tasks of the application plugin for quicker builds, etc.
