Filter dialogs are buried under other windows

Click on "Add filter" and see a dialog appeared

Alt-tab to other window

Alt-tab back to the main window

Expected result: the dialog should be visible on top of the main window

Actual result: the main window appears but the dialog can't be seen

However you can alt-tab to the dialog

Added owner to FilterDialogs - they will not get buried under other windows now (fixed #58)
