Support for multiple highlights

The enclosed single entry index contains an URK, which in djview4 correctly highlights 8 regions. djview4poliqarps highlights only the last region, namely http://korpusy.klf.uw.edu.pl/djvus/linde-t/01/index.djvu?djvuopts&page=0131&highlight=2316,746,530,90.

Moreover it ignores the color of the annotation (the fifth parameter of highlight) and uses probably the default color.

The new title is misleading. Multiple highlights work already unless some unknown limit for the URL length is reached.

If I read the code correctly, only one highlight per link is supported by DjView for Poliqarp

As a side effect there is now a problem with adding a new entry to the index: multiple redundant highlights are added to the URL.
