OpenXML: corruption involving <w:hyperlink>

Testcase attached. The word/document.xml part becomes corrupt when roundtripped through the filter, due to reordering between the <w:hyperlink> element and the run markup which creates invalid XML.

    Ah, my original diagnosis was incorrect. Although the corruption involves <w:hyperlink>, the actual cause was related to the <w:ins/> markup, which wasn't being picked up as a standalone tag. I have a fix in hand.
