Add bconf built-in mapping for mqxliff

Similar to issue #464. Rainbow knows to map .mqxliff --> okf_xliff by default, but this knowledge isn't transferred to bconfs.

The workaround is to add a dummy .mqxliff to rainbow before generating the bconf. The real fix should be similar to issue #464.
