Tikal creates a single output for -xm

When using sh tikal.sh -xm .sdlxliff -fc okf_xliff-sdl to extract all .sdxliff files contained in the current folder, tikal extracts only one .sdlxliff file instead of all. I've also tested tikal.sh -xm *.docx but again only one Moses file was created...

It seems the output is set to the first file and overwritten by the next files. So we end up with only one file with the content of the last file.

Note that there is an option to specify the output file name. That is probably related to the bug somehow.

Fixed Tikal commands -xm and -lm for input of multiple files at once. This resolves issue #598.
