Cross file repetitions for rainbow projects

The scoping report allows to show some statistics for per file and per project. The value for PROJECT_GMX_REPETITION_MATCHED_WORD_COUNT seems to be the sum of each ITEM_GMX_REPETITION_MATCHED_WORD_COUNT value. But it does not include if a word is once in each file or so. Would be nice if it were like this.

I wonder if this would need to be a separate category. I have a memory that some TMS systems only count repetitions that occur within a single file, since being contained within the same project provides even less of a guarantee that a repeated segment should be translated identically than being contained in a single file.

Got my account :) It doesn't need to be translated identically, but for statistics it would be nice to know about the amount of segments or words that are the same in the source files. I don't know if it should be a separate category, I suppose it would be sufficient to extend the Project fields for Okapi count categories a bit.

Bleargh, that commit actually fixes issue #677 -- I put the wrong number in the commit message.

This bug is not fixed, so reopening.
