Small modification to add accession number of the oldest study to the subject field. That way any further alerts will thread as a conversation, but unrelated alert emails won’t (which is what currently happens.

We have a ‘duty’ inbox that they fall into, and currently they all get tagged with the category of the name of the person who dealt with the first one!

Would welcome comments as to whether this is a bad idea for any reason.
