Installing Py-iB2c

Currently the Py-iB2c is not configured to be installed with, for instance, pip. In the future the package will be more user-friendly installable and updatable.

Meanwhile, just clone the repository, add it to your project, and install the needed packages one by one, testing the examples provided with the repository.
