NetworkChange

The "NetworkChange" event is raised by the device when the band class is changed which usually relates to a big change in service status on the network.

Field	Description
`battery_level`	raw battery level from 0 to 100
`battery_percent`	level converted into a percentage for a user
`rssi`	indicates health of network connection, over 105 indicates a spotty connection
`network_status`	status of network: `none`,`available`,`limited`,`limited_regional`,`power_save`
