feat(AtAGlance): support for RMI vermdata
- add vermdata-countryname.xml files for each country
- remove vermdata.xml from source control (see pineapples.gitignore) so developers can switch between countries without stepping on each other's feet
- Created set of custom RMI templates (Views/miemis/MandE)
