Subsequent add new users error

When creating new users from the UI the first one works. Then if you click on Add another one you get the following.

    Now this behavior has changed but it is still not working. Adding a new one in sequence simply silently fails with the following error in the console.

    Related to this is another bug. After creating a user it can not be immediately edited (i.e. permissions.) The following happens. However, closing the user and re-opening for editing works.
