Display of Atolls in RMI dashboards

Dashboard RMI. Check all dashboard for correct display in RMI. In particular, many atolls overflowing display, some atolls still displayed in code and not name, totals not display correctly, etc. [important]

#635introduces context versions of SchooDashboard and TeacherDashboard for RMI; these use a vertical alignment for Districts (Atolls and Islands in that case).Also resolves the total display problem (
