Extend warehouse to analyze the grades taught by teachers [2020:H]

The warehouse shall be extended with a table/view with purpose to analyze the grades taught by teachers using the data from the workbook (i.e. an X for each grades taught.). The data shall be organized in a flexible way in which excel pivot tables will be able to provide useful summaries of how many teachers for each grades, groups of grade (e.g. G1-G8), etc.
