Easy ADP Timecards

Overview

Easy ADP Timecards is a Chrome extension that lets you create a personalized list of Transfer Codes that you frequently use in ADP eTime. These codes show up in dropdown menu on your timecards.

If you use ADP eTime and have to punch in Transfer Codes manually or use their clunky popup window interface to search for codes then imagine how much easier it would be to have a personalized list of codes just a couple of clicks away.

You will also save so much time that you won't need a separate line item on your timecard to track the time it takes to fill in your timecard!

Personalize Your Codes

At the heart of Easy ADP Timecards is a personalized list of Transfer Codes that you can quickly add to your ADP timecards. Before you can really start saving time with Easy ADP Timecards you will need to customize your list of codes.

To customize your Transfer Codes:

1. At the top-right corner of Chrome, click the Chrome menu .
2. Select More tools > Extensions.
3. Below the Easy ADP Timecards extension, click Options.
4. In the window that appears, type a Transfer Code and memorable Description, then click Add to save a personalized code.
5. Click the Delete button next to that code to remove it.
6. Continue personalizing your list and click the Close button when you are done.

Complete Your Timecard

No one enjoys getting a reminder to complete your timecard. With the Easy ADP Timecards extension, at least you know you don't have to set aside a large block of time to follow through on that reminder.

After creating your custom list of codes, you will see the new Easy ADP Transfer Codes button next to each Transfer Code text box on your ADP eTime sheets. Click this icon to expand the menu and choose from your personal list of Transfer Codes.

Pay vs. Free

Easy ADP Timecards is free to download and use but is limited to 3 codes.

If you like the extension and want to support ongoing development or you need to use more than 3 codes you can get access to unlimited Transfer Codes by purchasing the full extension in the Chrome Web Store for $0.99.
