Time report : error for a specific user

Our instance is on cloud : https://sagefr.atlassian.net

For a specific user (username : tanguyso), a message appears each time time report is displayed (message "JIRA unavailable : the request resource failed to load. If the problem persists, please contact Atlassian Cloud Support"). Yesterday, the page was empty, today, despite of the message, the data are ok.

We tried : - via menu Projects - Reports - via dashboard / Time Reports gadget -> same error

Solenn (tanguyso) has always the message. I tried the same request with my username (pabad, I'm a platform admin), it's ok. I tried on my computer, logged as user "tanguyso", I have the message. The option "track support data" was ON but I don't know where the zip is.

    Hi Patricia,

    It looks the same as issue#1042, and the problem is that filters can't be loaded. However it might be that it's the same as timereportrs/issue#775, so that you have filter selected in gadget configuration, and it just needs to be added to favourite filters by tanguyso

    Hi Andriy, Yes, it helped! A filter was shared with a group which doesn’t exist anymore. Soleen deleted it and the message no longer appears. Thanks a lot for your help. Best regards,
