Time Report - Error

Could you please help us? Your actual report is not working with the new version on tempo, because the people commented that before this tempo update in both reports show the same total time, and the people keep registrating in the same way . Case 01: Don’t use Time Tracking – and Use TEMPO. Case 02: Use Time Tracking – and don’t use TEMPO. Case 03: Use Time Tracking – and Use TEMPO.

Could you please explain if your report work only with Time Tracking, or with Both and you will be upgraded the version on Time Report , because your report is very important for our billing.

    Hi !!! .... I have good news, Your report now it's working ok. Time made a fix and solve the problem 8th july for ok, but the before this date all the tickets don't show the time spent field but I make a trick only show it if you update the description field.

    I want your help, our trial license will be finished this month but we want to continue working on your report, but the billing area will be on vacation for 15 days..so.. i really would appreciate if you give me 15 days more after the license is over

    Could you please indicate which is the date the our trial is expiring ? I don't see it on the pic timesheet.png
