Experimentation-Phase

During the Exploration phase we developed a MVP with JustSmile that prompts restroom users to give feedback on hygiene / cleanliness with their facial expression. In the Experimentation phase we want to determine and justify an MVP for our application. In order to do that we formulated hypotheses for what we expect and decided on which data we want to collect. Then, with a user group that matches our persona profiles, which were set up in the Co-Creation phase, we run a test in a real restroom. The users are not just testers, but also actively contribute to the Co-Creation process.

Hypotheses

1. We believe that using a feedback system with visual recognition in JustSmile is more comfortable for users, due to no touch of buttons being involved after washing hands. We know we are right when 50 users test our solution and 30 users confirm this.
