Rcshell.vim plugin is missing from the database

ZyX_I created an issue

http://www.vim.org/scripts/script.php?script_id=2880 ought to be named rcsh with clear github page, but it is missing.

    It appears that this script used to be named rc and should now be named rcshell. Updating script renames it so at least.
