Re-enable support for UPM API

Hello Wombat Support,

Since we updated Jira to 8.15.1 (which updated the UPM to a newer version) it seems that the feature provided with:

https://bitbucket.org/wombatscorp/api-tokens-for-jira/issues/24/support-for-upm-rest-calls

stopped to work. I wanted to ask, if there's any chance to fix the implementation, so the feature would work again?

NOTE: We are now already on Jira (Data Center) 8.16.1 (and UPM 4.3.4).
