Maps do not fill the rectangular bounding box, but have white areas at the borders

Issue #72 resolved
Joern Ungermann created an issue

Plotting always leaves white areas at the boundaries, which are caused by the masking of all points outside the bounding box as some workaround for clabel to work correctly. This leaves always a white margin at the boundaries, the extent of which depends on the resolution of the underlying map. Not masking some points outside the bounding box would remove these white areas without affect the contout labeling much.
