Clean out old stuff

I think we can safely remove the directories "doc" and "install" from ISO root, create a generic info file and point autorun.inf to it.

This has been addressed on commit eaf9423

Give the "install" dir the same treatment. Information about fips, floppies, loadlin, rawrite etc. is way outdated.

This should be resolved by now. The latest removal of the desktop icons on 32-bit are on bcfab0e
