Layout with left-positioned blocks is not aligned

For some layouts where blocks are positioned on the left-hand side like grade reports the #region-main area is not aligned with other content, see the screenshot. It seems that it just slips to the left, is it possible to put it back?

Can't replicate. The main-region is aligned in both sides

The conditional statement is wrong for #region-main in both colums2.php and columns3.php

The 30px margin-left caused the mobile version (portrait) to scroll horizontally (Moodle 3.1.3+ Adaptable 1.2.4.2.). I removed the 30px added by this patch and it still has a margin on a desktop, but no scrollbar for mobile devices. Is it possible something else was pushed to add a margin and this is now redundant?
