Save file wrong

This is a follow-up to bug #330 which is still not fixed for me.

Every save file I can produce seems to be wrong (this was the conclusion of bug #330):

  • When opening it, the terrain is wrong (looks normal but when right-clicked the game says it is something else)

  • Some constructions appear where there was nothing or have changed

If I restart the scenario, things go back to normal on a blank map.

I have tried almost every build I could produce from fresh sources or the September and October pre-built binaries with the same result.

I am on a Mac, running OS X 10.9 then 10.10 now.

    Is this bug reproduced at start mission? load mission and save in some second, then load saved file and check it. Thanks

    I have opened a new mission, waited until the first autosave, exit the program, they reloaded the autosave. Terrain is wrong in many places.

    (I didn't make an explicit save, because for me it is always crashing the program)

    version used: R2473 compiled 2 days ago

    It bad, pls create usual save from topmenu, if it crashed then attach here file stdout.txt. Thanks

    if ./resources/gui/savefile.gui is correct the problem must be that the game cant find or use a font file or a panneling image file.

    try update from sourceforge and steam

    confirm you have 2 ttf files on resources folder

    try using original files with -c3gfx parameter and path

    try extracting all gfx folder files

    Autosave is ok now. Thanks to ramMASTER: savefile.gui seems ok, crashes the same with original files
