McObot sometimes not putting ingame chat in IRC

Recently McObot has stopped putting ingame chat in IRC and has needed a !healthyself to fix it.

In an attempt to make this more useful:

Certain special characters, such as a ring diacritic (I believe) tend to break the bot, preventing chat from moving between IRC and in-game.

Also, characters such as those found in this: ( ͡° ͜ʖ ͡°)

Tend to break the bot.

Might be caused by the fix to #73 and #63 as when someone on the server dies by a zombie McObot stops putting ingame chat into IRC.

Yep, just tested it. If a player ingame dies by a zombie (and probably many other types of deaths if not all of them) it will cause McObot to stop sending ingame chat to IRC.

Only way to fix this so far is to !healthyself McObot.
