Retire Microsoft Batch Submission step and deprecated classes of Microsoft Connector

Issue #811 resolved
Kuro Kurosaka (BH Lab) created an issue

Issues #657 and #789 have been resolved in pull request #303, and Microsoft Connector now supports their API version 3 and version 3 only. Microsoft is retiring the version 2 support as of the end of this month (April 2019). The version 3 API no longer has the translation memory feature, and Yves suggests that Microsoft Batch Translation step should be removed. Also, as transitional measure, classes and some methods that are relevant to only to API v2 are still there, most of them marked as deprecated. We should remove them completely after Microsoft officially removed their v2 support.

Actually I was incorrect. For some reason I was thinking "MS Batch Submission" step when i was reading "MS Batch Translation". My bad.

I don't think the Microsoft Batch Submission step can be supported (it's about maintaining an MS TM and likely v3 doesn't support this. But I haven't checked).

The Microsoft Batch Translation step on the other hand it still usable and used (we do use it everyday at Argos).
