We don't release gtsam_unstable, so issue #126 is probably not relevant to maintenance release.

Yep. Maybe also announce on frsankcvs what the plan is. Is the metis stuff in here or in 4.0?

Metis is 4.0. The goal of the 3.2 release is only fixes to existing problems. 4.0 introduces new features
